No this post has nothing to do with horses, well, cause I hate horses I just like the saying.
So I have been really bad these last few weeks with eating healthy and working out. On the day I wrote the blog post about Stickin it to the man I went to the store depressed and bought a 1 lb. bag of peanut butter M&Ms (nothing like pb and chocolate to make you feel better). I ate it over the next day, over these last 2 weeks I have had about 3 cans of soda and several things that I just shouldn't be eating. Plus I haven't worked out in 2 weeks, bad bad heather.
But I know I can get back on it. I have just felt like crap this whole time, waking up with headaches. Going to bed at 10 or 11 and not being able to get up till 8, that is just to much sleep for me. I am a 7 hr person. Then I am groggy and tired all day.
So I vow for me and my body to get back on the horse and start eating healthier, no more crap food AGAIN and start exercising again.
