We had such a great time this past weekend, we went to the Naches area and went camping over night. We were going to stay longer but the wind that was blowing was so icy cold that poor Wyatt was shivering, with two coats on, and the sun had not even gone down yet. My older boys Ryan and Zach were there too, they came up with there dad and step-mom. It was great to see them, yes it was weird camping with Jason and Mandy, but we didn't see them to much. Tom and Ester came up with us and I just hung out with them and my boys.

What a view, though. I went hiking up this huge hill with Andrew, Ester's brother, while everyone was out riding their dirt bikes and you saw this mountain so clear. But I forgot my camera that time. I wish this picture would have come out better but by the time I got up the hill again it had fogged up.

We are totally going their again. We all had so much fun and while exploring all the trails the guys found a great campsite that will will stay at next. Hope you all had a great Memorial day weekend too.

National Scrapbook Day 2007

Well yesterday was National Scrapbook Day, some may not care, but to us that love scrapbooking this is a great day to get together at your local craft store and have a full day of prizes, gifts, games and meeting new friends. I have only been to one crop on this day, but yesterday I ventured out on my own and went to The Scrapbook Zone and joined in on the fun. (there just happen to have a few people cancell). I am so glad I did go also even though I was worried about going on my own. The girl sitting next to me ended up being there alone also, so we got to talking and we have alot in common. We love crops, scrapbook stores adn we both are stay at home mommies. And the funny thing is she just lives up the road from me. So we exchanged numbers and will be getting together soon.

Waiting for us on our tables was this great gift, it consisted of about
$50 worth of stuff. Heidi Swapp: 1-Brown Spiral 9x9 albumn,
several sheets of Boy and girl 9x9 patterened paper, a boy and girl set of tape and chipboard. And 2 Chropper Hopper boxes. So cool. It is fun to go somewhere and have gifts waiting for you.

So below are the layouts I finished at the crop.

Turning 2!

Well Wyatt turns 2 tomorrow. It is so weird when I think about how big he has gotten. He is saying words (most are ones only he knows what they mean), he has learned how to jump off the ground and how to kick a ball. Every day is a new experience with him. He has learned how to be sneaky too. The other day he brought me a Swiss cake roll and I told him no and took it from him. Well a few minutes later I went into his room to check on him and he was sitting on the bottom bunk bed had the box of the cakes with him, had opened one and was eating it. That kid. He loves to clap and say YEA. Knows the sound of a bus and goes running to the kitchen window to say "bush" as it passes and loves loves his trains. He carries them around and gets very upset if he can't take them to bed with him.

Here are a few recent pictures of him playing in the dirt and with the rocks I am digging out of my yard.
