Marinated London Broil

Ok so this was so yummy. It was really spicy, but you could totally take stuff out to make it less spicy if you want. Was super good to eat a piece of the meat and some maashed potatoes in each bite.

2 Lbs. London Broil

2 T Balsamic Vinegar
2 T Soy sauce
1 1/2 T Dark Brown Sugar
2 T olive oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 T Red pepper flakes
1/2 T Paprika
2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

-Whisk all marinade ingredients together in bowl then pour into zip lock bag. Place the London broil in bag with marinade, remove as much air as possible, massage marinade into meat, and put in refrigerator. Leave in there for at least two hour to over night.
-Remove and let sit at room temp for 20 min. Remove meat from marinade and broil for 8-10 min. (we put ours on the grill for about 20 min.)
-In the meantime, put marinade in pot and boil for 5 min and use this to bast the meat on grill.
Once meat is cooked let rest for 10 min before slicing.
