Dec.19, Party

On Saturday night we were invited over to the Walsh's house , this is Wyatt's friend Connor from preschool, to their annual Boat Parade Party. They had lots of food, drinks, they had a bonfire outside and they also had a Santa come by and see the kids.

No that is not snow, but rain. Here the boys are watching the boats go by.The bonfire.Here is Wyatt seeing Santa coming the house. He was so surprised.I think Connor and Wyatt were the most excited about Santa stopping by.
Can I just tell you this is the most fun thing I think we have done this winter, besides the Santa Train. Thanks you so much Danielle for inviting us!!!

Dec.18

Friday night we drove around and looked at House lights. I love doing this. Wyatt is loving this too. This house inparticular had lights that blinked to songs on the radio. It was so cool.

Dec.17

So today we went a saw a reindeer at Clear Creek Nursery. Wyatt thought it was so cool, but thought we should have all of Santa's reindeer not just two of them.

I also had my Christmas wrapping party that night, but didn't get any pics myself so I have to get copies from my Aunt Judy ,who took pics.

Dec.16, Christmas Program

Wyatt had his school Christmas program today. He did pretty good, he sat there and would sing for a few minutes and then would stop then start up agian(seen in video). I am just glad he got up there cause he kept saying he was scared all week.

Dec.15

Today went drove out to IKEA and got a few things, Wyatt loves playing in the play area for kids. Otherwise not much happened today. The weather sucks, it is super rainy right now.

DEC.13- Santa Train

Waiting for the train.Giving our tickets to the conductor.Reading a Christmas story while eating cookies and drinking hot chocolate while waiting for the train to head back to North Bend. When we got back to North Bend it was snowing, Wyatt had fun catching snow flakes.

DEC.12

Today pic is me on the treadmill, so proud of myself for not being a very athletic person I think I am doing good in the 10k training. I walked 3.5 miles in an hour.

DEC.11

So today Wyatt and I met his friend, Connor, and mom at McDs before school and then drove his friend to school. Wyatt loved it, thought it was so cool to drive his friend to school.
Later that night we took Colton to Red Robin for his Bday. That is my picture for the day, Colton embarrassed by the staff singing to him.

Dec.10

Today was all about the dentist. Wyatt told me the night before that he 'loves the dentist". I am so happy about this cause I had such a hard time with Colton I was afraid it would go bad with him. The first visit 6 months ago went really well and so did this one. He did have Xrays today and they didn't go to well , but he did try really hard to do it, he just kept pushing the plastic piece they put in his mouth out with his tongue.

Dec.9

Today we received our first Christmas card. I got one from Wyatt that he made at school and then we got one from Grandma Morgan (my dad's mom) in the mail. We really do love getting them so hope this isn't the last.

Dec. 8

Tonight we watched Christmas shows and Wyatt watched them the whole way through. Now years past he would get bored 10 min. into it and would just leave and go play in the room.

Dec.7

So today was all about lists. I had several of them going today. A few things were on both lists and no not everything got done. There is still tomorrow, right?

Sunday, Dec.6

So today Wyatt and I made banana muffins, but I think my favorite part of this picture is the items on the fridge in the background that wyatt has made in school.
The three (brown and yellow) gingerbread men, which he thinks is funny cause I guess the yellow ones are girls and he he put beards on them.
The tree that he made last year in school and I laminated it and made it a magnet so we can use it every year.
And then teh big gingerbread magnet he made last week in school. I just really love using all the stuff he has made to decorate the house. Makes me wish I had more of the stuff the older boys have made over the years.

Dec.5

So there is another chore that Wyatt has been helping with and that is, loading the washer for me. It is so funny to watch him do this because when the basket is almost empty his whole body gets into the basket to get the clothes out. And not photographed is the really funny part of it and that is he has plumber's crack while doing this, it's is so funny to watch.

DEC.4 PIC

Wyatt started a new chore today, he will now put the silverware away forme. He is very excited about this and kept saying all day how big he was ans how he got to do this new chore.

Not sure if you know but every year I do a December Daily / Christmas Journal, usually it is in the form of a mini album, but this year I am just doing a blog post and picture everyday and then do one or two big layouts with the highlights through the month instead. I just really haven't been in the scrapping mood all year and just didn't think it would get done at all if I didn't size the idea of it down.

Thursady I got the oil changed so Wyatt went to his friend Connor's house to play. He had so much fun he really didn't wnat to come home.

This is the tree with just the lights and the pom pom garland I made. The garland doesn't look to bad. Here we are this morning putting ornaments on.

Outside Lights

While we hanging lights outside Wyatt was inside redoing his Wish list for the 20th time.Derek was bored with the icicle lights from last year so we got new big bulb colored LED lights (hopefully help with the electric bill). All our deer died last year so we went and got a few colored trees and another deer.
