So I found this great idea from Lolly Jane Boutique. Mine was a little easier. I found these great shamrocks at Dollar Tree, you get 12 of them. So I actually could make 2 banners for $1. I figured it was way easier than cutting each shamrock out.
You'll need:
5 book pages, twine/string, tape, shamrocks, hot glue

1. Cut book pages into banners.
2. You can either cut out your own shamrocks or buy from the Dollar tree like I did.
3. Fold tops of page banners over and crease.
4. Hot glue over string. I also secured with tape

When I get my shelf down I will share it, just need a few more things.
